A deposit payment of 1 night's rate via bank transfer or Paypal is required to secure your reservation. The property will send an email to guests directly with payment instructions. Guests must complete the payment within 36 hours of receiving the email. The booking will be cancelled without notice when the payment is not made on time.

Guests staying for 7 nights are provided free airport pick-up service. Guests staying for 14 nights and longer are entitled to free pick-up and send-off service from and to the airport. Please contact the property directly for more details.

The reception desk is located on the second floor. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Tourfriend Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
